1. General provisions
These terms and conditions govern the purchase and sale of goods in the online store TopRiepas LV. The Seller is identified below.

The Buyer can purchase goods and services only after familiarizing themselves with and agreeing to all provisions of these Terms.
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy available on this website.
The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Terms at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts or changes in other conditions.
2. Buyer's rights and obligations
- The Buyer has the right to purchase goods and services in this online store in accordance with these Terms.
- By using the online store services and purchasing goods, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and must comply with them.
- The Buyer is personally responsible for all actions performed while using the website.
- The Buyer must provide complete, clear, accurate and correct information when registering and placing orders.
- The Buyer must be at the delivery address specified in the order and receive the ordered goods at the specified time.
- The Buyer undertakes not to transfer or allow anyone else to use their login credentials.
3. Seller's rights and obligations
- The Seller provides conditions and gives the opportunity to use the online store and purchase goods and services.
- The Seller reserves the right to cancel without prior notice the login account and its data, restrict the use of the website and online store.
- The Seller undertakes to fulfill purchase-sale agreements, notify the Buyer immediately if due to unforeseen circumstances, errors, stock changes, supply disruptions or other circumstances, the agreement cannot be fulfilled.
- The Seller reserves the right to cancel a completed order if the order cannot be fulfilled due to the Buyer's fault.
4. Contract formation
- The product catalog on the website is an invitation to make an offer; a binding sales contract is concluded only when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order.
- An order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the Buyer. From this moment the contract is deemed concluded.
- The Seller stores the contract electronically together with the order details and provides it to the Buyer on request.
- The contract may be concluded in the language selected on the website. Irrespective of the language used during ordering, the contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania as the country where the Seller is established.
5. Payment for goods and services
- All prices on the website are shown in the site currency, including VAT at the applicable statutory rate. Delivery costs are displayed separately in the cart before order confirmation.
- The Buyer can pay for goods and services using internet banking, payment card, or advance bank transfer.
- Special order items are paid only by advance bank transfer.
- When paying by bank transfer, the order code must be indicated in the payment purpose field.
6. Delivery of goods
- Most goods in stock are delivered within 1-3 business days. Delivery times are indicated for each product.
- During peak season (October 20 - November 20), delivery may take longer due to supply disruptions and higher order volumes.
- Delivery price is shown separately in the shopping cart after selecting the delivery method.
- When receiving goods, the Buyer must inspect them. If defects or discrepancies are noticed, the Buyer should not accept the shipment.
- If the delivered goods do not match the Buyer's order or part of the shipment is missing, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the Buyer acting as a consumer (a natural person purchasing goods outside their trade, business, craft or profession) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. This right does not apply to legal entities or natural persons purchasing for business purposes — see Section 9 (Business purchases).
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller of their decision before the 14-day period expires. The notification can be sent by email or by post.
- Returned goods must be of good quality, i.e., unused, unmounted and technically undamaged, and returned together with the original packaging and accompanying documents.
- The Seller refunds all payments received from the Buyer, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days from the day the Seller is informed of the decision to withdraw. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received back or proof of return is provided.
- The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods to the Seller.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured to the Buyer's specifications or clearly personalised.
8. Product warranty
- For consumers (natural persons purchasing outside their trade, business, craft or profession), the Seller is liable for any lack of conformity which exists at the time the goods are delivered and which becomes apparent within two (2) years of delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771 and applicable national consumer protection laws. For business purchases, see Section 9.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Mechanical damage, use with incorrect rims, incorrect tyre pressure, or defective vehicle suspension are not covered.
- Warranty is not provided for tyre tread wear.
- Warranty is valid for tyres not removed from the rim.
- Warranty starts from the date of sale.
9. Business purchases (B2B)
The provisions of Section 7 (Right of withdrawal) and the statutory two-year warranty described in Section 8 apply only to Buyers acting as consumers — i.e., natural persons purchasing outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
If the Buyer is a legal entity or a natural person purchasing for purposes related to their trade, business, craft or profession, the above consumer-protection provisions do not apply. Instead, the sale is governed by the general rules of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the specific terms agreed between the parties, which may differ from consumer rules regarding returns, warranty length and remedies.
Any manufacturer's warranty supplied with the product applies regardless of the Buyer's status.
10. Complaints
- Complaints regarding ordered goods or the order fulfillment process can be submitted by email to the contact address above or by post to the registered address of the Seller.
- A complaint should describe the problem, include the order number and, where possible, photographic evidence of any defects.
- The Seller responds to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
11. Product information
- The tyre manufacturing date is indicated in parentheses next to the tyre name. The indicated year is informational and minor inaccuracies are possible.
- Product photos are for illustrative purposes only and original products may differ from those shown. Photos cannot be used as grounds for complaints.
- The electronic product catalog is not a specific commercial offer; prices and quantities are indicative.
- Online store prices are valid only when ordering goods online and may differ from physical store prices.
12. Final provisions
- All disputes regarding the application and execution of these Terms are first resolved through negotiations between the Buyer and the Seller.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the Buyer may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/odr or file a complaint with the competent consumer rights protection authority.
- These Terms and any contract concluded on their basis are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Buyer's country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
- The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms without separate notice. The current version is published on the website.
