Returns and warranty
Product returns
You have the right to return products within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving a reason, provided that:
- The product has not been mounted on a rim
- The product has not been used
- The product is not damaged
- The product's appearance has not substantially changed
Important: Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
How to return a product?
- Contact us by email: info@topriepas.lv
- Specify the product, quantity and order number
- We will provide return instructions
- Money will be refunded within 14 days after receiving the returned product
Warranty
All our products are covered by a quality warranty in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects
Warranty starts from the date of sale
Warranty is valid for tyres not removed from the rim
Warranty does not cover
- Tyre tread wear
- Mechanical damage
- Use with incorrect rim size/type or defective rim
- Incorrect tyre pressure
- Improper mounting
- Defective vehicle suspension
Tyre care recommendations
- Regularly balance tyres
- Check tyre pressure at least every 14 days
- Perform regular tyre rotation according to manufacturer recommendations
- Replace valves when mounting new tyres
- Re-balance tyres after approximately 1000 km with newly mounted tyres
